Every person will be at a different place in development so the process will be tailored to your unique needs. Set up a consultation call so we can explore where you are at in your career search journey and then we will set up a strategic plan of attack. Much of our resume and cover letter work can be done using email and Google Docs. For the interview prep we will either meet in person or use video/phone to complete an extensive one-and-a-half hour practice interview session. Practice interview sessions include a cold mock interview to see where you are at and how you answer questions followed by expert advice/strategies/practicing to help you improve upon your interviewing skills. Following the practice interview you will receive detailed notes on your answers and feedback that was discussed during the live session. For an additional $100 you can add another interview prep session to your package. Many clients find value in meeting twice for interview prep to hone and practice their skills before an actual interview. If you are interested in this option, please let me know so I can adjust your invoice before purchase. You can also add this option on and pay when you need the service.

If you are looking for someone to write your resume or cover letter for you, do not purchase this. Coaching is a collaborative process that allows the coach to teach, inform and guide the client. I will provide you feedback, advice, suggestions and examples, but know you will be doing the work. If you are not interested in this then I am not the coach for you.
